Return & Exchange Conditions


  • 3-Day Period: You can request a return or exchange within 3 days from the date your order is delivered to you.
  • Product Condition: Rugs subject to return or exchange must be unused, unwashed, free of physical or chemical damage, and must retain their original, pristine condition.

  • Original Packaging: It is mandatory that products are sent back in their original packaging, secured to prevent any damage during transit.

  • Custom Size Exceptions: Unless there is a manufacturing defect, returns and exchanges are not accepted for "custom size" rugs that have been specifically cut or undergone fringe/overlock processing tailored entirely to your space and demands.

  • Contracted Courier: Once your request is received, you can deliver your product to our contracted courier company using the free return or exchange shipping code that will be provided to you.

  • Swift Quality Control: When the product reaches our center, it is promptly inspected by our expert team. Transactions confirmed to comply with the return conditions are approved within the same day.


Refund Process


Once your return is approved, the amount you paid will be refunded directly to the payment method (credit card or bank account) used during checkout within 10 business days. The time it takes for credit card refunds to reflect on your statement may vary depending on your bank's internal procedures.
